Over 30 people, including children, found in shipping container at Essex docks

Basildon Hospital states that it is dealing with a ‘major incident’.

A CONTAINER HOLDING more than 30 sick migrants has been discovered at Tilbury Docks in Essex in the UK.

Sky News reports that one man has died.

It is also reported that some of the migrants. including some children, have been taken to a nearby hospital.

Basildon Hospital said on Twitter that they were responding to a “major incident”:

The BBC reports that the people were discovered on a ship that had arrived in from Zeebrugge, Belgium that was being unloaded.
