32 beautiful images of Ireland from 2012

Take a minute out of your day to appreciate how beautiful this island can be.

LONG-RANGE WEATHER forecasting service for Ireland, The Meteo Times, received hundreds of photographs from readers over the past year and it has kindly sent some of the best submissions to TheJournal.ie so we can enjoy their beauty.

Capturing everything from that spell of sunshine in March (remember?) to thunderstorms in July and ice in December, these photographs across the country remind us just how wonderful this island can be, despite the rain.
