Driver caught on M50 with bed on roof, holding rope in their hands

Ah here.

GARDAÍ IN DUBLIN this morning stopped a not-so-clever driver who thought it was a good idea to travel on the M50 with an unsecured bed on their roof.

The bed looked to be tied into the door of the car by a thin rope.

When traffic cops made the car pull over, however, they realised the rope was not secured at all and the driver was actually holding it in their hands.

A fixed charge penalty notice will be issued, naturally.
