Man arrested after body found at Dublin house

The body of a man in his 50s was found at a house in Skerries this evening.

THE BODY OF a man in his 50s has been discovered at a house in Skerries, Dublin, this evening.

Gardaí said they are investigating all the circumstances of the discovery at the house in Mourne Park at 6pm today.

A man in his late 20s was arrested nearby, shortly after the discovery of the body, and he is currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station.

The scene is preserved for a technical examination and the State pathologist has been notified.
