Boy, 2, seriously injured after falling from Tallaght apartment balcony

The boy has been hospitalised with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

A TWO-YEAR-OLD boy is in hospital in Tallaght tonight after he fell from the second floor balcony of an apartment in south Dublin.

The boy is believed to have fallen from the balcony on the second floor of Belfry Hall on the Citywest Road in Tallaght at around 4pm this evening.

He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Gardaí are investigating the matter but are not treating it as suspicious, believing it to be an accident.
