Man arrested after raid at Neilstown cannabis growhouse

The drug cultivation operation was uncovered in a suburban Dublin house this afternoon.

A MAN IN his 20s has been arrested for questioning after a cannabis growhouse was uncovered in the Neilstown area of Dublin.

The cannabis cultivation operation was discovered after gardaí raided a house this afternoon.

Gardaí say a number of plants and a quantity of cannabis herb were found.

The seizure has a street value, subject to analysis, of €33,000.

A man in his late 20s was arrested at the scene, and has been taken to Ronanstown Garda Station.
