POLICE IN NORTHERN Ireland have appealed for information following an assault on a bus in Co Antrim.

A 16-year-old boy was assaulted by a man at about 4.20pm on Monday, 1 February. He received a head and mouth injury that required hospital treatment.

The man is described as being about 5’10” tall, with greyish hair and of slim build. He got off the bus in the Lenadoon area.
