Cork’s new private hospital begins its second phase of recruitment, advertising 100 jobs in the coming weeks.

A NEW PRIVATE hospital in Cork is to launch a new recruitment campaign for 100 clinical jobs, ahead of its opening next March.

The Cork Medical Centre will begin its recruitment drive with a recruitment day this weekend, seeking staff to work in nursing, theatre, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy.

The new €90m facility is set to open on March 14, featuring 73 single bedrooms and a five-star daycare department.

The centre – with floor area of 140,000 square feet – has the capacity to treat over 39,000 patients a year.
