Two women hospitalised after Kildare crash

Emergency services also dealt with a crash in Finglas.

TWO WOMEN ARE in hospital after a crash in Kildare this afternoon.

The head-on-collision between two cars happened on the Edenderry to Carbury Road at around 1.15pm.

Emergency services attended the scene before the women, aged 27 and 32, were hospitalised.

Two people were travelling in one vehicle while one person was in the other car.

Meanwhile, another person was taken to hospital after a single vehicle crash in Finglas today.

Lanes were closed for a time but have since reopened.
