Significant delays on Dart due to rush-hour points problems

Passengers on board Darts are complaining about a lack of communication from Iarnród Éireann’s drivers.

DELAYS ARE EXPECTED for passengers taking the Dart during rush hour today after a a major points failure at Connolly station.

According to Iarnród Éireann, the problem is solved now, but a backlog is causing a 40-minute delay on “all services through Connolly”.

Passengers on board Darts this morning were annoyed – with a lot of users saying that delays on Dart services were too regular.

Others were annoyed about the lack of information given to passengers about the delays.

The person manning Iarnród Éireann’s twitter account said they would be passing the complaints on for investigation.

Others felt sorry for the person in charge of the Iarnród Éireann twitter account, saying they should treat themselves this morning.
