DJ David Lee Travis to face retrial on sex assault charges

A hearing is scheduled for 28 March.

DAVID LEE TRAVIS, the British DJ who was cleared of 12 charges of indecent assault earlier this month, is to face a retrial on two counts that the jury failed to reach a decision on.

Prosecutors have sought a retrial on one count of indecent assault and another of sexual assault, reports Sky News.

Another hearing is scheduled for 28 March.

The 68-year-old was found no guilty of 12 counts of indecent assault but the jury did not reach a decision on those two outstanding counts.

Travis denied all charges.
