Full judgement: What the US judge ruled on former Anglo boss David Drumm

The 122 page ruling is damning in its assessment of Drumm’s testimony.

LAST NIGHT A MASSACHUSETTS judge denied former Anglo CEO David Drumm the right to go bankrupt in the US.

Judge Frank Bailey said Drumm engaged in “outright lies” as part of his bankruptcy bid and described him as “a man casting about for any plausible answer but the truth”.

Below is a link to the full 122 page judgement in which Bailey describes Drumm as having an “almost obsessive” knowledge of his financial affairs.
