Bus with 22 tourists on board crashes in Donegal

None of the tourists were injured in the crash.

A COACH CARRYING more than 20 tourists crashed and overturned into a ditch this morning in Donegal.

The incident happened at Fintra near Killybegs. A garda spokesperson said 22 passengers were on the bus at the time. One man was taken to hospital but only sustained minor injuries.

Reports say a woman who was in a car that collided with the bus suffered an ankle injury and was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital.

The road was closed earlier today but the scene has since been cleared and the road has reopened.
