AN INVESTIGATION IN today’s Irish Mail on Sunday reveals some worrying practices among one company that does door-to-door fundraising for an Irish charity.

The investigation found workers calling to homes misled people about what the money would be used for and were trained in techniques to put pressure on potential donors to get them to sign up.
