There were a lot of smiles and happy tears at Dublin Airport today as people were greeted by their families and friends at arrivals.

IT IS EXPECTED that over 600,000 people will pass through Dublin Airport over the next couple of weeks as they head off on a festive holiday or travel home for Christmas.

There were emotional scenes at the airport today with Irish people of every age, living all over the world, returning to spend the holidays with their families and friends who greeted them at arrivals.
