EuroMillion winners plan to adopt a tiger after scooping €500k

Rarrr.

A GROUP OF Dublin-based colleagues are celebrating after scooping €500k between them in the EuroMillions.

The group of six, who have been playing EuroMillions together for almost a year, collected their cheque at National Lottery HQ today.

Each member will take home over €83,000, and while some intend using it to pay bills, a number of members plan to use some of the windfall to adopt a tiger.

The group purchased their €36 multi draw winning ticket online and are the first Play Now top prize winners of 2015.

“I logged in to our account and saw we’d won half a million Euro. I couldn’t believe my eyes,” said the syndicate organiser. “I was sure it was a mistake so logged out and logged back in again and sure enough it popped up again.”

Tonight’s EuroMillions jackpot is an estimated €30 million. With that, you could even set up your own tiger sanctuary.
