The most expensive tiny home in the US is on the market for €2.37 million

The luxury condo has less than 800 sq. ft. of floor space – and room service.

THIS CONDO ON Miami Beach has been named by the Wall Street Journal as America’s most expensive tiny home.

It seems that the definition of “tiny” in this case is somewhat relative. The property has a floor space of 767 sq. ft. – not an unreasonable amount of room, although not excessive for the $2.5 million (€2.37 million) pricetag.

The list of expensive tiny homes was created by American real-estate website Trulia and looked at properties with 800 sq. ft. or less.

According to Curbed, Unit 2503 in the Setai condo in Miami comes with a number of features that you might expect with hotel living – including concierge staff, room service and housekeeping.

Potential buyers may be enticed by the fact they would be able to rent their apartment for the night through the hotel service run in the Setai condo.
