Ford launches ST-Line for drivers who want a sporty look without the full performance

You can now have an ST-Line Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo and Kuga.

LAST WEEK, FORD launched four new ST-Line models featuring bold styling and sporty driving dynamics.

The Fiesta ST-Line, Focus ST-Line, Mondeo ST-Line and Kuga ST-Line are beefed up with sports suspension and body-coloured styling kit and unique rock alloy wheel designs. Inside there are sport seats, sport steering wheel, alloy pedals, black headliner and ambient lighting.

The ST-Line models are said to appeal to customers that like the sporty image of the Ford ST models but don’t require the full performance delivered by optimised ST engines and chassis.

The ST-Line models are only available with high-power engine derivatives.

The five-door Fiesta ST-Line model is powered by a 100hp 1.0 litre EcoBoost three-cylinder turbo unit mated to a five-speed manual transmission.

The five-door Focus ST-Line can be had with a 125hp 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine, a 120hp 1.5-litre TDCi, or a 150hp 2.0-litre TDCi.

The Ford Mondeo ST-Line can be had with a 150hp 2.0-litre TDCi or a 180hp 2.0-litre TDCi 180PS.
