Amazing video shows exactly how the Galway castle mural was created

With great care.

JOE CASLIN’S MURALS have been a prominent part of the same-sex marriage referendum campaign.

So much so that the Limerick artist has even today been featured on the front-page of the International New York Times.

After his latest creation was installed on the side of a castle in Galway, he told DailyEdge.ie that he wanted to show “the female side of marriage equality”.

Caslin has now released a video showing the work that went into installing the multi-storey high artwork.

It’s really something, and even has pictures of two women it appears the image was modelled on.
