These photos make us feel very insignificant

Photography of Galyna Andrushko place man and woman in raw nature – and boy, do we look small.

NATURE AND TRAVEL photographer Galyna Andrushko is a fan of unspoiled locations.

Her work can be viewed on any number of stock images websites from Veer to Fotolia to TheJournal.ie’s favourite Shutterstock.

She says that she likes to capture animals in their natural habitat and to encourage people to be kinder to nature by shooting in some of the most untamed and ruggedly beautiful parts of the world.

We thought you might like this series of portraits she took of lone hikers looking massively overpowered by his surroundings. Wish we were there.
