100 gardaí involved in morning crime raids in Waterford

The operation is ongoing.

UP TO 100 gardaí across a number of units are taking part in an ongoing operation targeting criminal gangs in the Waterford region this morning.

Houses and premises have been searched by gardaí since the early hours.

Garda units from across the region are being supported by officers from the Criminal Assets Bureau. The operation is ongoing.
