Graham Dwyer to stand trial over Elaine O'Hara murder next April

The 41-year-old architect from Foxrock is accused of killing the Killiney woman in August 2012.

THE DUBLIN MAN charged with the 2012 murder of childcare assistant Elaine O’Hara is due to stand trial in April of next year.

41-year-old Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, is accused of killing the 36-year-old Killiney woman on 22 August 2012.

Her remains were discovered at Kilakee in the Dublin mountains above Rathfarnham in September last year by a woman out walking her dog.

Dwyer’s trial has been listed to go ahead at the Central Criminal Court on 13 April 2015.
