She's running!: Hillary Clinton will (finally) make it official this weekend

The former First Lady and Secretary of State is to run again for the White House.

HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON will launch her long-awaited 2016 presidential campaign on Sunday.

That’s according to people familiar with Clinton’s plans, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to discuss them publicly.

The Guardian has also reported this morning that Clinton will announce her candidacy on Sunday at noon.

Clinton will make her announcement on Twitter followed by a video and then email announcement.

After that, Clinton will then make stops in key early voting states, including Iowa and New Hampshire, where she’ll hold small events with voters.

The former secretary of state is making her second presidential bid, entering the race in a strong position to succeed President Barack Obama as the nominee of the Democratic Party.
