A HOUSE IN Co Clare has been put up for auction for €10,000.

The detached, three-bedroom propery is located at Brisla East in Cooraclare, Kilrush, Co Clare – just a 15-minute drive from Donald Trump’s golf course at Doonbeg.

It is also situated a short drive from the Burren and not too far from the Cliffs of Moher.

It is described as:

  • A detached three-bedroom house;
  • Single storey beneath a pitched roof;
  • The entire property extends to approximately 101 sq. m (1,087 sq. ft);
  • It has a garden to the front.

The auctioneers Allsop say that the property wasn’t internally inspected or measured by it and that all the information was provided by the vendor.

It will be going up for sale with a group of other properties as part of one of the regular Allsop auctions. Many of the properties up for grabs during these sales in the past have been part of a distressed portfolio. However, Allsop has previously asserted that no family home that has been repossessed is sold through their auctions. While the reserve price on this house is €10,000, it may in fact fetch more than that on the day.

It has a building energy rating (BER) of F – meaning that it is on the lower end of the scale in terms of energy efficiency.

The house is available for public viewing at select times.
