Four people hospitalised after house fire in Dublin

The blaze broke out at the house in Clondalkin in the early hours of this morning.

FOUR PEOPLE HAVE been taken to hospital for treatment after a house fire in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.

Gardaí said the blaze broke out at the house in Monksfield Grove in Clondalkin at around 1.30am today.

Three men and one woman were rescued from the house and are being treated for smoke inhalation. One of the four also received minor burns in the fire.

The scene has been preserved and the cause of the fire is now being investigated.
