What can I get around Ireland for... €500,000?

FINDING THE RIGHT home can be a daunting task, so each Friday we handpick a collection of houses for sale at a particular price, to give you an idea of what your hard-earned savings can buy you.

Today, we’re considering the more luxurious properties around the €500,000 mark. Here’s a peek at what you could get your hands on for that amount.

Douglas, Co Cork – €500,000

These brand new detached four-bedroom houses in Douglas, Co Cork have high ceilings, oak internal doors, stainless steel ironmongery, contemporary grooved painted architrave and skirting and a oak handrail on the stairs.
