Anti-water charges protest takes place outside garda station

There were no arrests during the incident.

PEOPLE OPPOSED TO water charges held a protest outside a garda station this evening.

The protest took place at 8pm outside Coolock Garda Station in Dublin, gardaí confirmed.

There were no arrests.

This is the latest in a series of anti-water charges protests to take place around the country.

Yesterday, a man in his 20s was arrested after pulling an imitation gun on an Irish Water employee in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
