Irish woman arrested on drugs offences in Ibiza

The Department of Foreign affairs has confirmed that they are offering consular assistance to the woman.

THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN Affairs has confirmed that it is offering consular assistance to an Irish woman who has been arrested in Spain.

It has been reported that the woman was arrested in Ibiza alongside another British woman and is being held on drugs offences.

The pair are believed to have been arrested earlier in the week and could face charges in the coming days.
