Poll: Should more action be taken to kick-start the property industry?

A top developer is calling for a “fast-track plan” so that demand can be met.

THERE HAS BEEN calls this morning for a “fast-track plan” to build the thousands of homes needed to meet growing demand.

In an interview with the Sunday Independent, developer Paddy McKillen said this is now essential, while the Construction Industry Federation boss said the Government needs to entice major players in property development to build again to kick-start the industry.

A stimulus package was already announced earlier this year, but there are still fears that any such action could lead to another property bubble.

We want to know what you think: Should more action be taken to kick-start the property industry?
