ANOTHER car got stuck on the barrier at Leinster House today

Today of all days.

AS THE COUNTRY waited for the Budget announcement, one person was in such a hurry to reach the corridors of power that they became lodged on the barrier at Leinster House.

Driving in the environs of Leinster House is seemingly impossible. This is the second time a car has been caught by this barrier and just last week Labour TD Robert Dowds crashed into the barrier.

And, of course, there’s always Mary Mitchell O’Connor driving down the plinth.
