Three men arrested over fatal shooting at Limerick motorcycle club

A 51-year-old man died of gunshot injuries yesterday evening.

GARDAÍ HAVE ARRESTED three men in connection with a fatal shooting at a motorcycle club in Limerick.

A 51-year-old man was seriously injured in the incident at Mountfune, Murroe yesterday afternoon. He was taken to hospital but later died of his injuries.

Last night three men – two in their 40s and one in his 20s – were arrested in the Limerick area. They are currently detained at Henry Street and Roxboro Garda Statios for questioning. They can be held for up to seven days.

Gardaí in Bruff area appealing for any witnesses to contact them on 061-382940 the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.
