Luas Green Line suspended following collision

A cyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision with the Luas.

THE LUAS GREEN Line remains suspended following an incident at Sandyford Roundabout earlier this evening.

According to Gardaí, a male cyclist collided with the Luas at about 6pm. He has been taken to St. Vincent’s hospital with serious head injuries.

The Luas Green Line is operating between St. Stephen’s Green and Sandyford stops only. There is no service between Brides Glen and Central Park Stop but a Luas bus is in operation.
