Luas services resume but delays expected after major accident at Heuston Station

Gardaí are currently at the scene.

THE RED LINE Luas services have fully resumed after a major accident at Heuston Station this evening.

It is believed that a woman was fatally injured after being hit by a truck.

Gardaí and paramedics attended the scene of the accident, however, the paramedics have since left the scene.

Luas operators are telling commuters to expect delays.

The line was suspended for a time this evening with services only are operating between Tallaght/Saggart and Blackhorse only following an accident at Heuston Station.
