Luas red line services disrupted after traffic incident

Services are not running between Connolly/The Point and Smithfield only due to a traffic incident not involving a tram.

LUAS SERVICES on the red line have been disrupted after a traffic incident in the city centre.

Services are running from Tallaght/Saggart to Smithfield only, with no services beyond Smithfield towards Connolly and the Point.

The disruption is to allow Gardaí to attend the scene of a traffic incident involving a private vehicle and a cyclist.

Valid Luas tickets are being accepted by Dublin Bus. Luas has apologised for the disruption.
