Six cars set on fire in housing estate car park in Lucan

The incident occurred late last night. No arrests have yet been made.

SIX CARS WERE set on fire last night at a housing estate in Dublin.

Gardaí have sealed off the scene for a technical examination, and are investigating it as a case of criminal damage.

The incident occurred at around 2.45am this morning at The Paddocks in Lucan.

The cars were set alight close to a residential area. Several were badly damaged.

No arrests have yet been made.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, or anyone who may have been in the area at the time, to contact Lucan Garda Station on 01 666 7300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.

    I assume you’ll be equally blasé about it if one of your loved ones is among the innocent killed or maimed as “collateral damage” when those thugs are attacking each other.
