Death of man in Dundalk not being treated as suspicious

A man who was arrested in being released without charge.

GARDAÍ ARE NOT treating the death of a 29-year-old man in Dundalk in the early hours of this morning as suspicious.

A post mortem has revealed that foul play did not play a part in the death.

At approximately 3.45am today, gardaí responded to a call at a house in the Oaklawns area.

A 27-year-old man was arrested this morning.

He is in now being released from Dundalk garda station without charge.
