Man arrested in relation to the murder of Dean Johnston

Johnson was shot dead as he sat in a car on May 25, 2011 at Moorfield Avenue, Clondalkin at around 9pm.

A MAN HAS been arrested in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Dean Johnston.

Gardaí at Ronanstown arrested the 23-year-old yesterday evening in Co Wexford.

He is currently being detained at Lucan Garda station under the provisions of section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007.

A a 36-year-old woman was arrested in connection with this incident on January 26, 2012 but was later released without charge.

Johnson was shot dead as he sat in a car on May 25, 2011 at Moorfield Avenue, Clondalkin at around 9pm.
