Gardaí find man's body in Drumcondra house

Gardaí are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body in the early hours of this morning.

THE BODY OF a man was found in a house in Drumcondra in the early hours of this morning, sparking a garda investigation.

Gardaí said today that gardaí in Ballymun are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of the male in a house on Church Avenue, Drumcondra.

The body of the deceased man, who was in his 30s, was discovered shortly before 2am this morning. Gardaí have sealed off the scene for a forensic examination and the body has been removed to the city morgue, where a post mortem will be carried out later today.
