Man charged over stabbing in derelict Dublin pub

The 36-year-old will appear before a sitting of the Dublin District Court this morning.

A MAN WILL appear in court this morning charged in connection with the death of another man at a derelict pub in Dublin on Wednesday night.

The body of the victim was discovered at the abandoned building on North Wall Quay just after 10.45pm on 26 February. It is believed that he had been stabbed.

A second man, in his late 20s, was also found at the scene with stab injuries and was brought to the Mater Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The 36-year-old arrested man will appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court at the Courts of Criminal Justice this morning.
