One man dead, another in serious condition after Dublin car crash

Gardaí say the car crashed into a road barrier.

A 35-YEAR-OLD MAN has been killed and a second man is in a serious condition in hospital after a single car crash in Dublin.

Gardaí are investigating after the car carrying two men crashed into a road barrier on the Naas Road shortly before 6am this morning.

One man was pronounced dead at St James Hospital shortly afterwards. The second man, 32, remains in a serious condition.

The road remains closed with Garda forensic collision investigators on the scene. It’s expected to reopen shortly before 11am.
