Man fights for his life after riot confrontation

The man confronted rioters as he tried to put out a fire in Ealing, west London.

A MAN IS in hospital fighting for his life after being attacked while trying to put out a fire set by rioters.

Sky News reports that police say the man is in his 40s or 50s and suffered from head injuries after confronting teens who started the fire.

An eyewitness said the teens “jumped on him” when the man tried to put the fire out.
