Man hospitalised after shooting in Clondalkin

A 31-year-old is brought to Tallaght Hospital after being shot in the leg, hand and arm.

A 31-YEAR-OLD man is recovering in Tallaght Hospital this morning after being sustaining gun wounds to the leg, hand and arm in a shooting in Dublin last night.

The man was attacked at Wheatfield Close in Clondalkin at 9:20pm, RTÉ news reports, with Gardaí and units from Dublin Fire Brigade sent to the scene.

He was brought to hospital but his condition is not reported to be ‘serious’.

The scene remains closed off pending a technical examination later today.
