Motorcyclist killed in Donegal collision

A man in his 30s was also injured.

A MAN IN his 50s was killed last night after his motorcycle collided with two cars in Donegal last night.

Gardai in Buncrana are investigating the three vehicle road traffic collision that occurred on the N13 at Lisfannon, Burt at around 10.30pm last night.

The man was fatally injured when he was involved in a collision with two cars.

He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body removed to Letterkenny General Hospital. One of the drivers, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital in Derry with what were described as minor injuries and the other driver was uninjured.

The road is currently closed to facilitate an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators and local diversions are in place.
