Man arrested after stabbing in Dublin city centre

Another man was taken to the Mater Hospital following the incident with what are believed to be stab wounds.

A MAN HAS been arrested following a stabbing in Dublin city centre this afternoon.

The incident occurred on Bachelors Walk area in Dublin city centre – close to O’Connell Street at about 12.30pm this afternoon.

It is believed that a row broke out between two men.

One man was taken to the Mater Hospital following the incident with multiple stab wounds.

The other man was arrested and taken to Store Street Garda station where he is being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
