Man stabbed in Dublin city centre this evening

The man’s injuries have been described as serious.

A MAN IS in a serious condition after being stabbed in Dublin this evening.

It happened at Wood Quay in the city centre at around 5.30pm.

The man has been taken to St James’s Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries.

Gardaí have preserved the scene of the attack but no arrests have been made.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses to contact Kevin Street Garda Station on 01 6669400, The Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any Garda Station.
