RIGHT NOW IN New York, it is -6 Celsius, but feels like -10.

That’s cold. Really cold.

Cold enough for the water surrounding the island of Manhattan to freeze.

Luckily for us, the pictures are absolutely stunning.

Temperatures in the Big Apple will rise above freezing today, but will fall to minus eight overnight.
