POLICE IN NORTHERN Ireland are seeking information about a burglary at a property in the Grangee Road area of Carrowdore in Co Down yesterday night.

The PSNI said four masked men claiming to represent a paramilitary organisation entered the home of a man in his 60s at around 9:30pm.

The elderly man was left unharmed but badly shaken by the incident.

Detective inspector Harry Colgan has appealed for anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers’ anonymous line on 0800 555 111.
