This shopping centre has just been sold for more than €3 million

The centre has five retail units, one creche, one pub, one restaurant & a gym.

THE MEAKSTOWN SHOPPING Centre in Finglas has been sold for more than €3 million.

The Dublin property was sold at the Allsop auction this morning. It had a reserve price of €2 million – €2.4 million.

The shopping centre has five retail units including Boylesports, Eurospar and Hickeys Pharmacy. It also has a Macaris take-away, a gym and a creche.

There is one vacant unit, the current rent earned on the units is over €342,311 a year.
