Four arrested after burglary at the home of elderly man

The man was threatened in the incident.

FOUR MEN HAVE been arrested following a burglary in Wexford.

An elderly man was threatened in his home at Taghmon last night at around 10pm. The men proceeded to take a sum of money and electrical equipment.

In a follow-up operation, gardai arrested four men in the Enniscorthy area.

The four men, ranging in ages from their 20s to their 40s, are currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of The Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Enniscorthy and Wexford Garda Stations.
