MICHAEL JACKSON’S ICONIC Neverland ranch is up for sale – for a cool $100 million (about €92 million, if you’re interested).

The sprawling estate is located on 2,700 acres and has about 22 structures on it, according to the Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

The property, now known as Sycamore Valley Ranch, is located about 40 miles from Santa Barbara in Califronia.

It includes a 12,000 square foot house, two guesthouses, two lakes, a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and a 50-seat movie theatre with a private viewing balcony and a stage with a trap door for magic shows.

The WSJ noted that the late pop star paid $19.5 million for the ranch in 1987 and lived there for more than 15 years. Amid financial struggles, he defaulted on a $24.5 million loan backed by the ranch.

It no longer has amusement park rides or exotic animals, but the train station is still in place.

The ranch is named after an island in the story Peter Pan, where children never grow up.

Jackson built a zoo and amusement park on the land but it was closed to the public in 2006. The musician distanced himself from the ranch after he was acquitted in 2005 of charges of molesting children there.

He died in 2009, shortly before a comeback tour was due to begin.

The estate agents told the WSJ they will be doing “extensive prequalification” of potential buyers before showing the property, noting: “We’re not going to be giving tours.”
